Shoosmith Construction is providing the entire site package to a new multi-building apartment complex located in Richmond.   Shoosmith is responsible for installing the erosion and sediment controls, land clearing, grading the entire site, installing the storm/water/sanitary utilities, and curb/gutter and paving. This particular project had four underground detention systems installed. This job started in spring of 2023 and finished in summer of 2024.
