Church Hill Retail

Hourigan Construction - Richmond, VA

Church Hill Retail is a two building, multi parcel site that included a grocery store with adjoining apartments, as well as a culinary school. Shoosmith completed all grading, including a basement excavation.  Shoosmith also completed all sanitary/storm/water utilities for both parcels. This project also included all new streetscape and traffic pattern along Nine Mile road.
