Creighton Court

Creighton Court is a residential redevelopment in the city of Richmond that consisted of townhomes and apartments. Shoosmith completed the demolition of the existing infrastructure as well as the new infrastructure package to include all utilities and roadwork that was turned back over to the city once completed. All private utilities and hardscapes were completed in phases to accommodate the residents.
